You would think a seamless one-piece EVA slide is easy to copy — yet molding is exactly where Yeezy Slides replicas fall apart. What to check on the Slides

EVA surface texture
The original surface is matte, slightly rough and uniform across the whole slide. A glossy sheen, soapy smoothness or a spongy, porous feel are typical signs of a cheap replica compound.
Interior markings
Under the foot and on the inner side, an authentic pair carries molded (not printed) markings: the adidas logo, sizing and technical stamps. Crooked fonts, shallow embossing or missing marks are a red flag.
Sole grooves
The horizontal tread grooves on the original are equal in width and depth and run strictly parallel. On fakes the groove count and spacing often mismatch the original, and the groove edges are ragged.
Density and weight
A genuine slide made of dense EVA feels weighty for its size and springs back when squeezed. An overly light, airy pair with dents that recover slowly is a replica.
Footbed ribbing
The interior footbed of the original has crisp transverse ribbing at an even pitch, molded in the same tool as the body. Smeared or uneven ribbing betrays a different mold.
